Made a helper dialog for setting allowance of randomization on modules.

It is accessible through the right mouse context popup menu for modules. This should make it a bit easier to set or clear the allowances for module and control randomization. This will work on one module at a time, but it will make it quicker to set the individual controls.

It is still possible to set or clear allowance for randomization on groups of modules by selecting a module group and then toggle the Exclude from randomization from the module context menu. This will not change the allowance for individual controls, although there will be no visual cue for that.
