Added an Alt key modifier for knobs and sliders, when Alt is down the cursor up and down keys will take 96 steps instead one one. This speeds up keyboard handling for knobs with many steps a bit.

Also made the cursor-left key behave like the cursor -down key and the cursor-right like the cursor-up.

96 amounts to eight octaves for frequency controls on oscillators, or a factor eight in speed for LFOs. Some controls have 8192 steps, and then a factor 96 speedup is not that fast still … let’s call it a trade off.
